It's good for getting all your DIY staff for hobbyist and professionals the only downside It's hard to get staff attention if you have question queries as if nobody's working there, short staffed I guess.

Hi Sas Firstly I apologise for your negative experience as we highly value our customers at MM Leather. Our terms and conditions clearly state that personalised items are non refundable. You purchased the item in store. Any damage should have been highlighted upon purchase as you would have tried on the bag for strap adjustment/ measurement. However, when we spoke on the phone, I explained, without verbal abuse as you claim, that you can send the bag back so we can assess the damage before authorising a refund. You refused the options and was adamant that you were only wanting a refund. We are still happy to help if you would like to contact us to discuss the matter further. Thank you

I had an absolutely shocking experience purchasing a leather satchel from M&M and I urge you to shop elsewhere. After returning home I noticed some damage to the leather, upon emailing them I got no response, I then made a phone call at which point I was refused any kind of assistance, return or refund (despite their terms and conditions allowing so), and to make it worse - one of the owners went to great lengths to yell and verbally abuse me over the phone. Absolutely shocking and appalling behaviour, it was quite distressing (and I have had to just write off the expensive purchase).

bought a custom belt from the man himself. i can't stress how professional this feels. made to order, has my initials, cut, shaped and punctuated to my size. just wow.

I was drawn in by the unique colour combinations in their bags but was definitely won over when they fixed my old handbag strap as part of the purchase! Instead of choosing a belt Joseph made a new strap for a bag I'd used for over 15 yrs. Love my new bag too Quality work. (Pic of Joseph making the new strap)

Those guys are proper Artists!!! Previously bought some personalised belts, but this time I went there with a special request, creating a journal notebook for my bf birthday. I enjoyed so much watching them create my idea, choosing the leather between their precious selection haven't been easy, they have tooo many!!! Love it!! The care and attention on the details is absolutely amazing. Thank you Youcef for your amazing job. You can truly feel the passion and the professionality on what you do. Expect me to come back very soon.
